A WARM WELCOME TO THE NEVILL ARMS

The Nevill Arms, once the Old Stable Yard and Inn is set in the idyllic village of Medbourne in the heart of the beautiful Welland Valley of Leicestershire. Rebuilt in 1863 in a Tudor style, now a Grade II listed building, it has recently undergone sympathetic refitting whilst retaining its original character and features including the original large studded oak door, the oak beamed ceilings, the stone inglenook fireplace and leaded stone mullion windows.

ACCOMMODATION

Take advantage of the stunning setting and enjoy a short break or weekend getaway with us. We have eight Visit Britain 4 Star en-suite bedrooms each individually styled and retaining their original character. Located on the first floor of the building, they include our four poster bedroom, and some very nice superior rooms. Each room is equipped with large flat screen TV hospitality tray, ironing facilities, hair-drying and wifi connection. From breakfast on the terrace to lunch by the river or dinner in our restaurant, we have menus for all occasions. Breakfast is served from the Cafe Nevill daily from 8am. For larger parties or Shoot breakfasts, please call to discuss and to make reservations. Our Chefs use only fresh seasonal ingredients to create dishes for everyone, our menus change daily so please see the following typical examples.

CAFE NEVILL

To the rear of The Nevill Arms, surrounded by a relaxing open terraced area, Café Nevill is open from 8am until 4pm everyday, serving a fantastic choice of food and drinks. Located in the former stable blocks and outhouses, Café Nevill serves breakfast (until noon), sumptuous Light-Bites, Deli choice, Salads, Sandwiches, Ciabattas, Bagels, Jacket Potatoes, Patisseries and Puddings, plus a great selection of hot and cold beverages. For any event or function, we can cater for your requirements.The Nevill Arms is the perfect venue for any special event or function - from small family get togethers through to memorable Weddings. Our large function room, light-filled conservatory and refurbished courtyard settings lend themselves well to any special occasion; Birthday Parties, Company Dinners, Black Tie, Feature or Charity evenings.
